Brightworks is a boutique creative, digital communications agency that specializes in healthcare and financial services. We deliver over 500 projects per year which requires great synchronization between teams to execute at a high level.
We’re looking for an Project Assistant, who will be assisting a team of client service and project management teams in the overall maintenance of our project life cycle.
This requires an intimate understanding of the tools and processes being used by both teams. This is primarily an administrative role, well suited for a highly focused and detail-oriented individual with a great eye for quality.
You will report into the Program Manager and will support 2-3 large scale client accounts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day triage of all project tasks in-between the client and project teams, invoicing and maintenance of all status documents. We need an individual who will adopt full ownership over these very important tasks.
Tasks you will be responsible for:
Project Administration (80%)
Project Financials (15%)
Project Execution (5%)
