On our team, the PM is the heart of every project – the visible project leader for team members, peers and management while being responsive and attentive to the needs and goals of internal and external stakeholders. This means that we want you to do more than make lists; we need good judgment, the ability to talk to clients directly, and the desire to sit down and talk through the challenges. We need someone who knows how to make things happen – on time and on budget – all while mentoring the team and keeping morale high.
On our team, Account Supervisors are responsible for client satisfaction, relationship building and overall growth of their clients, via successful projects, and strategic and consultative account building. You’ll be responsible for managing a set of relationships that can yield $1M+ in revenue per year and we’ll look to you to grow this every year.
