THE APPROACH
Created a fun and lighthearted evening around a nostalgic summer camp theme
Carried the core branding “Camp Brightworks” from personalized printed invitations for over 1,000 people, through a custom-designed camp crest, to promotional swag items available at the full-scale Tuck Shop
Partnered with Camp Oocheaga, a charity camp for children with cancer, by selling “Camp Brightworks” swag like hats, t-shirts and mugs, and donating all proceeds
Incorporated classic camp games and stations throughout the venue, encouraging guest engagement and creating a memorable experience
THE RESULTS
More than 600 people were really unproductive at work the next day and we are left wondering how we are going to top it next year
