Assist Provident Bank in acquiring new customers and recruiting strong candidates through unscripted, candid video testimonials by real clients and real employees.
THE APPROACH
Bring to life Provident Bank’s brand promise of “Commitment you can count onSM” by putting their top customers and employees at the forefront and asking them about their experience with the bank. Working closely with the Provident Bank Marketing team, we selected customers who believe in Provident Bank, and employees who live and exemplify the company’s culture.
Shooting in New Jersey at Provident Bank’s administrative headquarters was followed by a few days on the road to visiting top customers. What we discovered was that very little coaching was needed when it came time to sharing their feelings about Provident. “Commitment you can count onSM” was clearly more than a tagline, it was truly an approach to doing business.
