  • RBC was looking to restructure the Digital Solutions Group and needed to develop a campaign that would showcase RBC’s digital prowess and resonate with top tech talent.
THE APPROACH
  • Establish RBC as a digital leader by developing compelling creative and copy that would appeal to a digitally savvy, creative-minded target.
  • Create a responsive campaign site that speaks to RBC’s digital achievements and showcased RBC’s working environment.
  • Develop media banners that were then placed on key recruitment sites to drive potential candidates to the Digital at RBC website.
THE RESULTS
  • The campaign was very effective. It influenced 59% of new hires, exceeding the original campaign target by more than 200%!
